Reading Challenge Check-In

Time to check in for a monthly accountability on the Reading Challenges I’m participating in
I feel as though I did a little better this past month. Nothing like January, but definitely better than the previous 2 months.
Here’s my May progress:
Alphabet Soup Challenge - Completed. There was also a bonus challenge for May that I completed.
Alphabet Soup Challenge - Author Edition - Completed
Craving For Cozies - 6 Cozy Mysteries read this month. I am out of the ‘Yearning’ category and into the ‘Starving’ category
Literary Escapes - I read a lot of books that didn’t have a definitive location, and a few that were repeat locations, but I have ‘visited’ these new locations during the month of May:
Louisiana
My goal is to start searching out books to complete at least the 50 states. I have 22 states left to visit to accomplish this goal.
Cloak & Dagger Challenge - 5 Mysteries that fit their rules (100 + pages or the book doesn’t count). I’m well into the ‘Sherlock Holmes’ category.
Mount TBR - I managed to read 10 books from my TBR. I’ve also read quite a few ARCs this month. I’ve completed my climb of Mount Kilimanjaro, and am now climbing El Toro.
Keyword Challenge - This is different from the Bonus Monthly keyword challenge attached to the Alphabet Soup Challenge. The Challenge for May were the keywords “Away, Wait, Book, Raven, Lake, Angel, Nine, Island” I completed this challenge with the keyword “Away”
A Personal Challenge of mine is to track the number of pages read. So far this year, I have read 24,199 pages.
Overall, I read a total of 15 books in May, with a year to date total of 125.
How are you doing with your reading challenges?

Wait! Stop! Are you leaving the same old comment on all the blog pages? Try switching things up a bit. I love reading your comments, but if its the same thing each time... it feels like spam. And NO ONE likes spam...
